BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Full payment is required at time of booking for all fishing charters. 

If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to departure date and time, the full payment will be refunded back to the customer or rebooked at the customer's discretion. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the departure day and time the customer will be refunded 50% of the full payment. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date and time are non-refundable and these funds are forfeited. Cancellations due to inclement weather is up to BigFishBullies' discretion. If cancellation is necessary due to weather, the payment will be refunded or the trip can be rebooked at the customer's discretion. All trip rebooking must be used within 24 months of original purchase date.
